Sooo, I disappeared for a looong time!
Hello everyone!  If anyone in this community is a long-time user, you may remember me as the former pluspetitemoi from about... a year or two ago?

Well, i'm baaaack!

My name is Corinne.  I had lost about 80 pounds about five years ago.  Gained it all back, and then some... I've just found out that I have hypothyroidism, and Metabolic Syndrome.  I just had a baby son on Valentine's Day... i've been married for a year and a half,

and i'm back to lose 120-ish pounds!

My motivation is low.  I have a hard time believing in myself and my capabilities, especially after dealing wtih the severe hypothyroidism.  I would eat about 1100 calories a day, working out for an hour five days a week, and was gaining (And docs say that you do not gain weight just from a thyroid disease!??  HA!  Yeah right).  I grew out of my wedding dress and had to buy a new one.  I gained about 50 pounds during pregnancy, and have lost 30 of it.

I REALLY REALLY need the support, PLEASE!  I'm joining WW online today...

.... speaking of - does anyone have an extra WW code??

I'm Cross-Posting this to the new communities that I'm joining today!!

I'm new and need help!!!
So I just joined weight watchers on 02/01/06!

I officially started tracking my points on Monday. I have some questions:

1.) I drink 2 liters of water or more during the day so my daily water is covered right?

2.) How do I count activity points? For instance I do 90 mins of intense yoga how many activity points is that? Or I do 60 mins of water aerobics how many activity points is that? Or 60 mins of pilates.... etc etc

3.) What is my weekly points allowance, how do I use that?

4.) Is it bad if I don't eat all my points per day?

I know I have more questions but this is all I can think of for now. Thank you so much for helping me I really really appreciate it!!!

More snow... :-p
Whats with the white crap flying around today. We're moving this weekend (Friday-Sunday) and I'd like it to be about 20 degrees warmer. I guess the one good thing about the cold temps is the mud and muck in my front yard is frozen so it won't get tracked in my new house while we're hauling stuff ;)

Have a good Easter all :)
stay away from evil Easter treats... or at least eat in moderation ;)
